This Weekend’s Free BTTS Football Betting Tips – 10/10/2026

Finally, after what seems like a lifetime, top-tier football is back after the latest international break. After being away so long, it feels like the perfect time to share our free tips again with our Free BTTS Football Betting Tips for this weekend, 10/10/2026. As we are now a little way into this new season, we are starting to see some trends, so we’ve used the latest information and stats, along with the latest club news, to create our free BTTS tips for this weekend’s football. After reviewing this weekend’s fixtures, we found the best bet we could build was a 6-fold accumulator. Below, we’ll list our selections, the reasons behind them, and the best odds so you can get the most from our pick.
1 – West Brom v Birmingham City
Our first pick of the weekend is the West Midlands local derby match between West Bromwich Albion and Birmingham City. This fixture stands out for a few reasons, and the first is that both teams have been scoring plenty of goals. However, scoring goals isn’t always enough to make a fixture a good bet.
Local derbies are always fiery and competitive matches, and we expect both teams to come firing out of the blocks from kick-off. But the stats from these teams so far this season also bring up a couple of interesting facts that point to this fixture being a good pick for our bet.
So far this season, West Brom have played 4 league games at home, and 3 of those have resulted in both teams scoring, so a 75% hit rate is an eye-opener. Added to that, Birmingham City have played 4 away games, and 3 of those have seen both teams score. In fact, if you look at Birmingham’s record so far this season, their first league game against Sheffield United ended 0-0 and was the only game in which neither team scored.
Best Odds – 8/11 with BetTOM
2 – Middlesbrough v Wolves
Our 2nd pick is the top-end Championship clash between Middlesbrough and Wolverhampton Wanderers. Both teams have gotten their seasons off to a good start and have been scoring plenty of goals along the way.
So far, Middlesbrough have played 4 home games this season, and all 4 have seen both teams score, with plenty of goals flying in. On top of that, Wolves have a 75% hit rate for both teams to score in their away matches so far, with 3 of their 4 matches having both teams score.
With both teams playing attacking football, we expect this to be a good pick for both teams to score, as the bookies do, based on their odds.
Best Odds – 8/15 with 10Bet
3 – Watford v Burnley
We think it is safe to say that Burnley have shocked a few people in the football world so far this season by being rock bottom of the Championship and not having won a game in their 1st 8 league matches. After being relegated from the Premier League last season, they were a popular tip to contend for a return to the top flight, but so far no one has conceded more goals in the Championship than Burnley, with 17.
Watford have also struggled this season, but seem to have more trouble on their travels; at home they have a better win record, but they also struggle to keep a clean sheet. So far this season, in their 4 home matches, all 4 have seen both teams score, whereas, strangely, they have managed to score only once this season away from home in the League.
Burnley, on the other hand, despite letting goals in for fun so far, have at least been scoring away from home, with a 4-game away record that has seen both teams score. With both teams struggling to keep clean sheets, we like the look of this match for a both-teams-to-score bet.
Best Odds – 4/6 with Betfred
4 – Cambridge United v Blackpool
Heading into League 1, the first match that jumps out is Cambridge United vs Blackpool. Cambridge, promoted from League 2, have had a good start to the season so far and are currently in the play-off positions.
Despite their good start, Cambridge have struggled to keep a clean sheet at home, with all 4 of their home games so far ending in both teams scoring.
Blackpool have been fairly inconsistent this season so far, though, with the only real constant being that they are scoring goals away from home. All 4 games they have played on the road so far have seen both teams score, and in 3 of those games Blackpool have scored more than 1 goal.
Best Odds – 8/13 with Betfred
5 – Leicester City v Peterborough United
Although not really a proper local derby, this fixture is one of the shortest trips both teams will make this season, so it’s close enough to give the game that little extra needle. Having watched all of Leicester’s games this season, it is safe to say the stats have been a little misleading about how they have defended so far.
We’ve added this match because it’s more about what we’ve seen than the stats, and because Peterborough are now under new management: ex-Leicester player Robbie Savage, who plays attacking football.
If Leicester get their passing working and move the ball forward quickly, Robbie Savage’s attacking mindset could make this a high-scoring, end-to-end battle. The bookies certainly think so, as the best odds at the moment are only 1/2 with Betfred.
Best Odds – 1/2 with Betfred
6 – Wycombe Wanderers v Luton Town
The final match we’ve picked is the League 1 match between Wycombe and Luton. The first thing to notice about both teams is that they are struggling to keep the ball out of their own net, with both teams keeping only 1 clean sheet each in the league so far.
When it comes to scoring, both teams have proven to know where the opposition goal is. In Wycombe’s 4 home games so far, both teams have scored in all of them, with Wycombe scoring 7 goals at home.
In the league so far, Luton have played 3 away games, and all 3 have seen both teams score. In fact, their first 2 away games saw 7 goals scored in each game, and 3 goals in the 3rd.
Best Odds – 4/7 with Ladbrokes
